An alternative option is to get the train from Orly Airport to Explorers Hotel, although this will take twice as long as getting a taxi. There is no easy route to take you directly from Orly Airport to Explorers Hotel and the only train options require changes. They are unlikely to be suitable for groups with children or those carrying large luggage.
If you decide to catch the train, the best option is to get the Orlyval from Orly Airport to Antony. From here, you can connect with the broader Paris train network. At Antony, change to an RER B train which will take you to Denfert-Rochereau. Once here, you have the option of getting a bus or a taxi to Charles de Gaulle Etoile, where you can board a train that will take you to Marne La Valley Chessy, the Disneyland train stop. Upon arrival at Disneyland, you will need to make your way to the Explorers Hotel by walking, getting a shuttle bus or taking a taxi.
Given the complexity of the train route from Orly to Explorers Hotel, it is not recommended.

To get the bus, you will need to walk 700m from Orly Airport to Paris-Orly Sud Airport – P4C Carpark. From here you can get Bla Bla bus 5906 that will take you to Bercy Seine in Paris City Centre. At Bercy Seine, you will need to change buses to a 5962 bus to take you to Marne La Vallee Chessy. The walk from this point is just over a kilometer so you may need to get a taxi or shuttle bus if you have young children or big bags.
