It is possible to get the train from CDG to Bercy, although it will require changes and wait times. This transport option is not recommended for groups with children or elderly passengers and may be difficult with lots of luggage.
To get the train, you will need to go to the station at CDG Airport which is located at Terminal 2. Tickets can be pre-purchased or bought on the day from the ticket counter. First, you will get an RER B train to Chatelet Les Halles and then change to a metro train to Bercy.

Transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Bercy By Bus
There is a bus that runs directly from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Bercy, however you will be required to walk or find your own transport from the bus stop to your accommodation. For this reason, this mode of transport may also not be suitable for all groups.
The Roissybus runs regularly from CDG Airport to Bercy. You can catch it from Terminal 2, just make sure you board one that is headed towards Paris-Bercy.
